Working in Europe from the UK?
Since Brexit, putting your own workforce on a site in Denmark, Germany or the Netherlands means work permits, posted-worker notifications and host-country registrations — before a single beam goes up. Metal KLS is an EU employer with EU-national crews: your project gets the trades it needs without the immigration route, and the posting paperwork is ours, not yours.
This is not a promise to “handle compliance.” This is what we actually file, country by country:
Denmark
A1 certificates for every worker, RUT registration of the posting, and compliance with the applicable trade-union collective agreement.
Germany
A1 certificates, trade registration with the local HWK, minimum-wage declaration to Zoll, and the annual declarations to the Finanzamt and SOKA-BAU.
Belgium
A1 certificates, Limosa registration for every posted worker, and Check In At Work reporting on site.
Sweden
A1 certificates, F-tax and A-tax declarations, posting notifications to the ministry and trade union, and ID06 registration for site access.
Austria
A1 certificates, ZKO notification of the posting, and BUAK contributions with wages per the applicable collective agreement.
Netherlands
A1 certificates, plus Dutch payroll-tax calculation from day one wherever a labour-hire agreement is in place.
Our Construction Services
Two ways to work with us. Take a trade package off your scope entirely, or bring on skilled crews and supervision that slot into your existing site organisation. Both come with the same certified people and the same compliance cover.
Trade Packages — we take the scope
Steel Structure Erection
Complete erection of steel structures — industrial halls, platforms, data centers and infrastructure. VCA/SCC-certified crews with their own rigging and lifting supervision.
Sandwich Panel Installation
Wall and roof panel systems installed to spec, weathertight and on programme. Fully equipped teams working to manufacturer details — Kingspan, Brucha, Arpanel and similar systems.
On-Site Welding & Repairs
Steel fabrication, modification and repair carried out in place. Welding, cutting, fitting, replacement and protective coating — including certified welders to EN ISO 9606.
Teams and supervision — you direct the work
Site Management
Experienced site supervisors and construction managers deployed to lead work on the ground — supervising our own crews, or coordinating all trades on your site.
Labour Supply
Skilled crews under your direction — steel erectors, panel fitters, welders and plant operators, organised as work teams with English-speaking team leaders. Operator certificates are valid in the country of work, or upgraded to your project's specification before mobilisation.
Structural Engineering and Steel Detailing
Beyond the worksite, we run an in-house drawing office. Our structural engineers and steel detailers produce connection design, workshop drawings and erection documentation for fabricators and contractors across Europe — for projects we build and projects we don’t. Most of that work currently comes from Luxembourg and Belgium.

Data centers, bridges and industrial facilities across 12 countries. Every project below was delivered for our customers using one or more of the construction services mentioned above. Either by our own crews, or under our supervision, or both.
How We Work
1. Enquiry and scope
Send us drawings, a programme and a location. We come back with a crew composition, a rate and a realistic mobilisation date — usually within 7 working days.
2. Crew and compliance pack
We assemble the team and complete the country's posting requirements before anyone travels — A1 certificates for every worker, plus the host-country registrations listed above (RUT, Limosa, ID06 and the rest), so your crew arrives already legal on site.
3. Mobilisation
Travel, accommodation, personal protective equipment arranged by us. Work tools - on-demand. Crews arrive fully-equipped and are inducted on your site.
4. On-site delivery
Work proceeds under an English-speaking team leader reporting to your site manager or, where the case, our site manager. Progress and handover reporting at established frequency done upon request.
